Circular Quay is the main hub to go Taronga Zoo. There is ferry service from Sydney Harbour. The schedule of the ferry is available in transportnsw (dat) info.
It is a 12-minute ferry ride from Circular Quay to the zoo by ferry. There are several ferry options. You can choose from Sydney ferry, Captain Cook Cruises, Sydney Harbour Eco Hopper and so on. Tourist can use Opal Card to ride the ferry.
There are convenient parking areas at the zoo. It is a multi-level parking structure at the front of the zoo. Entry of car parking is at the front of Bradleys Head Road.
You can take the short crossing over to the Zoo wharf. From this place, the sky safari cable car will fly you up through a beautiful scenery to the top of the Tarango Zoo.
